SAFETY AND SECURITY

• Our friendly and reliable staff is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• You will enjoy an intercom system directly connected to your suite, individual suite monitoring, secured underground parking and locked entries.
• Residential lobby and garage entrance enterphone with security camera and secured key and fob entry access.
• Brightly lit underground parking is available for your vehicles as well as your scooters, and is secured with controlled access security gates.

DINING

• The menu at The Poppy Residences will provide delicious, nutritious and balanced meals served in our elegant dining room with full table service.
• The Dining Room at The Poppy Residences features bright windows that open onto outdoor patio space.
• Two full meals - lunch and dinner - are prepared daily by our own Chef and you have an option to choose from our daily selected entrees.
• Continental style breakfast is also available.

ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT

• On site Recreation Coordinator to plan variety of activities, events and trips.
• Organized trips can include shopping, swimming, lunch out, movie nights, theatres or just a country drive.
• Organized clubs and group events will include computer lessons, bingo and card games, gardening, sing-a-longs, knitting groups, exercise classes, puzzle and chat groups, and arts and crafts.
• Computer station is also available - where you can take care of any business matters, or just surf the internet.
• Off the main dining room, we have created a comfortable living room and lounge area with a big screen TV. There you will find an opportunity to visit with friends and family in comfortable chairs, sit quietly and watch the days activities, or read in our library.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS

• Health and fitness is important, so at The Poppy Residences, access to our exercise room and a variety of programs are available to all our residents.

SUITES AND SERVICES

• One bedroom suites with or without balconies. One bedroom and den with balcony.
• Kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave and storage.
• Each Suite has a full, private bathroom equipped with a shower and safety bars
• The suites are comfortable and cozy with carpet in the living area and bedroom.
• Weekly housekeeping service with flat linen laundry services.
• Laundry facilities on each floor for your added convenience.

THE ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION CLUB 83

• While a legion membership is not required in order to live at The Poppy Residences, for access to the attached Legion Club 83 you will need a legion membership.
• The Legion Club 83 features a sports lounge with a fireplace, pool table, darts, comfortable seating and scheduled live entertainment.
